• Consultation & scoping. With your own dedicated Audit Manager, we will agree which sites, asset categories and level of detail your audit needs before a single visit is
• On-site data capture. Our teams verify assets in place, typically covering 150–250 assets per site, per day, per Auditor, with minimal disruption to your operations.
• New assets. We can attach barcodes to unrecorded assets if required. See our Asset Tagging & Barcoding service.
• Reconciliation. We match what we found against your existing register, flagging ghost assets and anything unrecorded, and we can process take-ons for any newly discovered items.
• Reporting & sign-off. You receive a reconciled register in the format your finance team needs—whether that is a seamless export to Assetware Manager fixed asset register program, SQL, Excel, or another custom format—plus a clear exceptions summary for management sign-off.

What We Capture During Your Audit

We can capture every critical detail: precise location (site, floor, and room), full asset description, manufacturer and model, serial number, current condition, existing barcodes, asset or service tags, known purchase costs, warranty information, PAT test dates, and, if required, we can supply asset photos.
