Who are we?

Asset Verify specialise in all areas of fixed asset verification, valuation and inventory asset tracking for capital or inventory only fixed asset solutions. We are the audit division of AssetWare Ltd, a leading supplier of fixed asset accounting & tracking solutions.

What experience do we have?

Our auditing teams are highly trained and are well versed in onsite audits, allowing them to quickly identify equipment and capture all applicable product information pertinent to each asset. We have been conducting asset audits for over 15 years and have experience identifying equipment in the following fields: Corporate Offices, Financial Services Schools, Universities, Colleges and Institutes Hospitals, Surgeries & Healthcare Private and Public Sector Manufacturing Government Services and Laboratories Data and IT Centres

What fixed asset information do we capture?

All asset data is collected via handheld barcode readers, using Assetware Tracker software to ensure accurate and efficient data capture and entry. A standard physical asset inventory/tracking process includes placing a barcode/asset tag on each appropriate item and collecting the following data for each asset: Location Room Number/Floor Item Description, Manufacturer, Model Serial Number, Contact, Asset Condition, Purchase Cost (where known), Any Warranty or Service Information (where known) and a Photograph if required.

How long does an audit take?

Obviously this will depend on the number of assets found but an auditor will typically verify between 200-250 assets, and can collect/record 150-175 new assets per day. Depending on your project time frame, we will work with you to ensure that enough auditors are applied to your project so that your project is completed on time.
